New Lightroom Tutorials Online

It has been a while since I put up a post on this site, but I have not been idle. In the past few weeks I have recorded two new tutorial videos for thelightroomlab.com and dabbled with time-lapse photography.

If you are interested please check out these tutorials.

Just for fun, you might enjoy this black and white infrared time-lapse video from the wedding of Jessica Parkes and Scott Rouse. Congratulations to Scott and Jess.

this is really cool david, do you have to have a special cable release that you program to go off at intervals or is it done in the camera? really neat idea.

Dear Chad,

Thanks. I'm having a ton of fun messing with time-lapse techniques right now.

Some cameras have an interval timer built in, but mine sadly does not. To shoot this kind of project with a Canon SLR I recommend the Canon Timer Remote Controller TC-80N2. I believe that the Nikon MC-36 Multi-Function Remote is the equivalent product for Nikon users.

Hope this helps.
